Mock Triathlon/
Brick Practice Sessions
Mock Tri

Spanish River Park
Distance choices are
1/4 mile swim with 6.5 mile bike and then 1.5 mile run REPEATS OR
1/2 mile Swim with 13 mile bike and 3 mile run
The mock tri's are a perfect way to do multiple repeats of bike
to run, or swim to bike, or swim to bike to run in a group setting.
You get to practice doing mini triathlons without the cost of paying
for a real tri. Transition racks are set up so you can also practice
getting faster with your transitions. When we swim, courses
are marked off (weather permitting) so athletes can practice their
open water racing skills. These sessions are very
popular among my athletes. Everyone pushes each other a little
harder and also enjoys spending time together!
