Time:            5:30 to 7:00PM 

Location:      A1A and Palmetto Pavilion in Boca Raton,  Spanish River Park, and Deerfield Beach. 

Dates:            8 week Sessions for 2008
Session #1 Winter- 2/21-4/10
Session #2 Spring/Summer 4/17-6/5
Session #3 Fall Session 8/07-9/25

Fees per Session:     $70 for New Swimmers, $60 for Swim Group Alumni Participant from Fall of 2007.

Discounts are available if you sign up for more than one session at a time.

Description:  Each session includes a warm up, specific drills and skills for Open Water swimming and a workout.   Courses will be set up to practice racing situations in open water as well as doing repeats and longer sets.
