If your son or daughter is interested in racing at a higher level and wants more one on one coaching, this may be the level they are interested in. They will receive customized workouts done on a weekly basis that are detailed and written specifically for their needs and goals. They will also have full access to the coach to ask questions. This level will incude all the team workouts and any clinics offered. There is a 3 month minimum on this type of coaching. The cost is $260 a month.
Annual Team Membership is required in order to participate in team practices! It is a once a year initial cost and will cover administrative cost including insurance, shirts, stickers , etc.
$75 to join the team. Team members must also be a USAT member for 2012 season in order to race and practice with the team ($15). Click here to purchase a USAT membership. Make sure you include that you are on South Florida Lightning so you can receive club benefits.
Parents can register their children by the month or do drop in sessions of $20 a session.
Waivers will need to be filled out before athletes can participate.
The fee for the month of March will be $75 and include 4 Wednesday practices and 2 Sunday Practices

Participants must be able to swim 50 yards of the pool, freestyle, unassisted, in order to attend swim sessions which will be held on Sundays.
Kids will be divided into age/skill levels depending on the activity.
Guidelines for how to progress in the sport will be provided in the monthly newsletter along with ways to get involved with your childs training.
