Open Water Swim Clinic
 

Learn and practice the skills need to swim in Open Water and Triathlon racing. Open water swimming is much different that swimming in the pool. The clinic will include information on the ins and outs of ocean swimming along with with lots of practice and some drills in a group. Abilities range from beginners to advanced swimmers.

Topics that will be covered include: open water technique, sighting, drafting, starts/finishes, and much more!  Buoys will be set up to practice various racing situations.  All levels welcome!
