Throughout the year I provide various opportunities to train with other athletes.  ALL athletes need to fill out the Medical Form and Waiver for 2008 before Participating and also need to be a USAT member (show your card or send a copy with your forms).

Open Water Coached Swim  Groups

Session Fall Session 8/07-9/25

Advanced Group meets on Thursday mornings at day break and swims 10 minutes after.  Starts August 7th and runs until the end of September.  8 Week Session.  Swimmers must be able to swim 400 meters within 8 minutes to participate.  USAT membership is required to participate or one day license.

Beginner and Intermediate Group meets Sundays at 4:30PM.    This group is a coached group working on open water skills. 

Price: $70 for New swimmer
$60 for Alumni from previous 2008 group
$55 for Gold Coast Triathletes
